• Create your event app by following the steps mentioned here
  • Select your event
  • Click "Mobile App" from the Active Modules section on the Dashboard

  • Click on Manage in the App Layout section

  • Click on "+Add New Feature"

  • Search for "Engagement" and click on Add.

  • From the list of “Available features” drag “Engagement” and drop it in “Added to the App

  • Go to the Content tab and Click on the added Engagement feature

  • Click on the "+New Item" button present beside the Search box and click on "Add a Puzzle" from the list.

  • Fill in the necessary required details and click on "Create"

  • Click on "Puzzle Image" to upload the image to be reshuffled and click on "Save"

  • You can preview the shuffled and reshuffle if required by clicking on the Shuffle Button

           Note: This will save the Puzzle in Draft Mode.

  • To make it live, click on "Publish" present against the added Puzzle. This will enable the users to solve the puzzle.

  • Click on "Yes"

  • The Puzzle is live now

Where to find the Responses of the Puzzle?

  • You can find the puzzle responses by downloading individual reports of each puzzle. The report contains details of the user and the puzzle along with the number of moves attempted to complete the puzzle. To download the report -
    • Go to the Engagement tab in the Content section
    • Go to the "Published" section
    • You will see the response count for each puzzle
    • The Download button next to the puzzle will give you the report
  • When you click on Puzzles, click on Published (it accounts for all the puzzles that are or were live on the app). The Close button next to the Puzzle title lets you decide if you want the users not to be able to solve that particular puzzle.
