• Click on Content

  • Go to the Agenda feature 

  • Click on the session for which you wish to download the recordings

  • Click on Recordings on the left-pane

  • From the list of recordings, tap on the Download button for the recording which you wish to download

  • The system will now prepare the recording and you will receive an email when it's ready
  • You need to then go to the same session on the admin portal and download the file
Note: The recordings are only available for nunify LIVE sessions. For streams involving RTMP, YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom, or on-demand. Please check the source software or platform for recordings
