This section can be used to showcase the showcase the schedule of your event. 


- If you want to add agenda to your event website, follow the steps mentioned below

- If you want to add agenda to your event app, tap here

- If you want to add agenda to your event app by importing a spreadsheet, tap here (Applicable for both, event webiste and event app)


- To add the agenda to your event website:

  • Go to cms.nunify.com

  • Select your event

  • Click on Registrations from the navigation bar
  • Click on the Event Website Builder feature
  • Click on Agenda under Sections
  • Click on the Edit Content button (present on the RHS of the page)
  • Click on Add Session
  • Provide the following details:
    • Basic info 
    • Title (Mandatory) 
    • Description (Recommended) - Provide the session description 
    • Start Time (Mandatory) 
    • End Time (Mandatory)
    • Speakers (Recommended) - Type names of the users whom you want to assign as speakers
    • Additional info
    • Track (Recommended) - This can be used if you have parallel sessions and you wish to categorize them by using tags
    • Session Thumbnail Image(Optional) - Not relevant in this case. Can be skipped
    • Where is this session happening? (Recommended) - Add the location of the session
    • Custom banner image (Recommended) - A banner picture can be added for users to see before a session begins live. You can add a different banner image for each session.
    • Document (Optional) - Can be used to showcase documents you would want the attendees to download eg., Handouts, Brochures, etc.
    • Streaming (Optional) - We have covered this topic in a different article
  • Click on Save

You can add multiple sessions in a similar way.


- To add the agenda to your event app:

  • Go to cms.nunify.com
  • Select your Event
  • Click on Content from the navigation bar
  • Click on Agenda
  • Click on Add Session
  • Provide the following details:
    • Basic info 
    • Title (mandatory) 
    • Description (Recommended) - Provide the session Description 
    • Start Time (mandatory) 
    • End Time (mandatory)
    • Speakers (Recommended - Add names of the users whom you wish to make the speakers
    • Additional info
    • Track (Recommended) - This can be used if you have parallel sessions and you wish to categorize them by using tags
    • Session Thumbnail Image(Optional)  - This image will show up next to the session name in the event app
    • Where is this session happening? (Recommended) - Add the location of the session for eg., Ballroom, Audi 1, etc.
    • Custom banner image (Recommended) - A banner picture can be added for users to see before a session begins live. You can add a different banner image for each session. Only applicable if you are streaming the session
    • Document (Optional) - Can be used to showcase documents you would want the attendees to download eg., Handouts, Brochures, etc.
    • Streaming (Recommended)  - We have covered this topic in a different article
    • Click on Save

- To add sessions by importing a spreadsheet: 

  • Go to cms.nunify.com

  • Select your event

  • Click on Content from the navigation bar
  • Click on Agenda
  • Click on Import sessions next to Add sessions
  • Click on Download Template. (Attached is a dummy template for your understanding) 
  • Provide the following details in the spreadsheet document:
    • Date (Mandatory) - Add the date of the sessions
    • Track (Recommended) - This can be used if you have parallel sessions and wish to separate them by using tags.
    • Start Time (Mandatory) - Please provide the time in 24 hrs format for eg., 13:00 Hrs
    • End Time (Mandatory) - Please provide the time in 24 hrs format for eg., 14:00 Hrs
    • Title (Mandatory) 
    • Location (Recommended) - Add the location of the event For eg., Ballroom, Audi 1, etc.
    • Description (Recommended) - Provide the session description
  • Download the spreadsheet document
  • Now click on choose file, Attach the spreadsheet
  • Click on import (Present on RHS of the page)
  • Fix the errors(if any)
  • You find all the sessions on the "All Session" page

The sessions have now been added.
