A “private event” means that registrations are not enabled on Nunify for this event. Access to the event app is restricted to the set of people uploaded by you in the people section of the event.
You can change the attendee access type of your event to a private event from the event dashboard.
On the left-hand side, you’ll see the current access type of the event. Click on change, which will open a pop-up with the list of available access types.
Select “Private” and click save.
Note that once you’ve made the event access type private, the registrations are automatically disabled. When trying to access the event, your attendees will be presented with a login screen, and they will be able to log in by entering an email address in the people section and a one-time password sent to that email address.
