How to set up sessions with limited seats and allow your attendees to claim a seat?



1. In the event dashboard Click on “Content” from the side bar.

2. Select the “Agenda” feature page.

3. This will list all the sessions on your event agenda. Select the session you want to set up limited seats for and click on "Edit" on the session card.

4. In the “Additional Info” section, under “Number of Seats”, select “Limited” and specify the number of seats available for the session.

5. Click on “Save” on the top right. Your session now has limited seats.

Tip: For an attendee to claim a seat in the session, they must go to the session on the agenda page in your event app - Web or Mobile.

Tip: On the info page of the session, Under “RSVP”, they can select YES/NO to RSVP to the session to claim a seat to the session.
