How does exhibitor chat work?
1. Attendees can chat with the booth owners/admins in your event app through exhibitor chat.
2. To chat with the booth owner, the attendee can go to the exhibitor page in your event app.
3. They can then select the booth of their choice. This will open the exhibitor booth page.
4. On the bottom right of the exhibitor booth page, the attendee can click on the contact icon, which will open up the chat.
5. The attendee can then converse with any booth owners through the chat to resolve queries, set up a meeting, etc.
