There are four question types that are allowed in a quiz – Text Entry, Single Select, Multi Select, and Image Options.

Text Entry allows attendees to enter free-text as a response to the quiz question.

Single Select allows attendees to select one option from multiple options on the quiz question. 

Multi Select allows attendees to select more than one option from multiple options on the quiz question.

Image Options allow attendees to select one of the image options present on the quiz question.

A minimum of two options should be available for the attendee to select from for the single select, multi-select, and image options question type.
