1. Click on “Content” in the top bar. Select the “FAQs” page.

  2. To add a new FAQ, click on “Add Faq”. This will open the FAQ modal.

  3. Enter the question and answer for the FAQ. Click on “Save” to add the FAQ.

  4. Each FAQ contains a detail page that can have multiple FAQs in them. Essentially these are deeper-level FAQs under one FAQ.

  5. To add FAQs on the detail page, find the FAQ to which you want to add the detail page and click on “Add Detail Page” on the FAQ card. This will open up the Add detail page for the FAQ.

  6. To add a new FAQ to the detail page, click “Add Faq”. This will open the FAQ modal.

  7. Enter the question and answer for the FAQ. Click on “Save” to add the FAQ to the detail page.

  8. To Edit the detail page, go to the main FAQ page, find the FAQ to which you want to edit the detail page, and click on “Edit Detail Page”. This will list all FAQs under the detail page of your desired main FAQ. 

  9. Click on the FAQ card on the detail page you want to edit. This will open up the FAQ modal for you to edit.

  10. To edit the main FAQ, go to the “FAQs” page. This will list all the main FAQs. Find the FAQ you want to edit and click on the FAQ card to edit.

  11. To delete the main FAQ, click on the delete icon on the FAQ card. On confirmation, click on “Delete” to delete the FAQ.

  12. To delete a FAQ on the detail page, go to the “FAQs” page. This will list all the FAQs present. Find the FAQ to which you want to delete a detail page FAQ and click on “ Edit Detail Page”

  13. This will list all the FAQs on the detail page of the selected FAQ. Find the detail page FAQ you want to delete and click on the delete icon. Click " Delete " on confirmation to delete the detail page FAQ.

  14. The FAQs page can be used to showcase all the answers to the common questions that your attendees can have when they are in your event app, such as how to reach a particular page in the app, how long the event is for, what kind of people attend this event, etc.
