Setup an A Record in your domain’s DNS console to have the value “157.245.20.21”. For eg, if the event app is to be made available in the URL https://awesome-event.my-company.com, add an A record for awesome-event.my-company.com with the value “157.245.20.21”. If there is an existing A record for awesome-event.my-company.com remove it before adding the new one.
Once the A Record is added, please send an email to support@nunify.com with the domain name.
Once Nunify’s support team verifies your DNS setup, we’ll migrate the app to be available under the requested domain name.
Nunify’s support team will respond back to you once the migration is complete. This process usually takes 1 working day.
