Activating the integration in Nunify

Prerequisite: Connect HubSpot account with Nunify

  1. From the event “dashboard” click on the "Settings" button on the top navigation. 

  2. Now click on "Import Contacts" under HubSpot on the left navigation bar.

  3. Click on Activate.

  4. Copy the Nunify Event Id, this will be used when setting up the HubSpot workflow below.

Setting up a workflow in HubSpot

  1. Login to HubSpot

  2. Click on "Automation" -> "Workflows" from the top navigation.

  3. Click on "Create Workflow" -> "From Scratch"

  4. Choose "Contact Based Workflow" on the left navigation, select "Blank Workflow" and click on "Next"

  5. Click on "Set up triggers".

  6. Setup the trigger based on Contact properties or other properties.

  7. Once the trigger is setup click on the "+" button below the "Contact enrollment trigger" card to add a new action.

  8. Search for "Add Contact to Nunify" and click on that action.

  9. Paste the Nunify Event Id that was copied in Step 4 of the previous section in the "Nunify Event Id" field.

  10. Click on Save.

  11. Click on "Review & Publish" button on the top navigation.


Mapping the fields in Nunify

  • Go back to Nunify Admin Portal and click on Proceed on the Import Contact integration.

  • Map the HubSpot fields to Nunify fields. Do note that First Name, Email & Ticket Type fields are mandatory.

  • Click on "Activate" button to activate the integration.
