How to bulk assign groups to attendees?



1. In the Event Dashboard, click on the "People" section from the sidebar.

2. Click on the "Import Users" button.

3. On the file upload page, click on “Download all existing Users” on the right to download the Excel sheet with all the information filled in about the existing users.

4. An Excel file will be downloaded with the details of all the existing attendees.

5. In the Excel sheet, please update the "Groups" column accordingly to which group(s) the attendee has to belong. Please note that if each attendee has to be assigned to two groups, in that case, please separate the two groups using a semicolon (;) so that the system can identify and assign that particular attendee to both groups.

Example for Groups: Group1;Group2

6. Once the attendee details are updated with their respective groups in the Excel sheet, click on “Choose File” and upload the filled Excel sheet.

7. Once the column mapping is done accurately, click on “Next”. This will open the summary page.

8. The summary page will contain all the details regarding your import which include users that are being added, users that are being updated, users that are being deleted, etc.

9. Make sure the summary is as expected and click “Next”. The import is now successfully done and updated information on user groups will reflect on the “People” page.
